Ordering

As a Wholesale customer you are required to spend a minimum of £100 per order – any order lower than this will not be processed

There is no minimum order per design of buckle

Customers can either order online via the site, email at enquiries@candyfusion.com or alternatively call Candyfusion direct on:

Majority of our beltbuckles are available for sale , however please be aware some designs are not available to purchase on the wholesale side of the site.

Discounts

At Candyfusion we understand the relationship of customer loyalty and therefore discounts on large orders are welcome, to discuss discounts please send us an email or contact us direct on our telephone line

Return Policy

It is extremely rare that we encounter returns of our buckles – however customer satisfaction is imperative so in the event of you needing to return an item, we will ensure to do it with as much ease as possible

Refunds and Exchanges

An item may be returned or exchanged within 14 days (postmarked) or receiving your order

Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted

If returning goods they must be in new/unused condition

If you decide to cancel your order once you have paid for it we charge a 10% restocking fee

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the problem was our company’s fault
Items are refunded to the same credit card with which the order was originally placed

Shipping Methods and Charges

Candyfusion ship locally as well as internationally and we do our very best to send your goods the cheapest as well as the safest way possible

We always use reputable courier company’s such as DHL, TNT or Fedex and you will be able to track your package as soon as payment has been made and package is ready to ship out

We do not ship out at weekends on international packages

All payments are screened diligently for fraudulent credit card use

Customers are responsible for all shipping and duty charges where applicable

All orders are packed and ready to ship out within 1 to 2 days of order. There is only ever a delay if there is problem with stock availability or if incorrect address of credit card number

We are not responsible for delays by customs due to random checks or any other issues – however this is rare

Delivery to customers in UK normally 1-2 working days or if special requirements are needed next working day can be organised

Shipping to European customers 4-5 business working days

Shipping to USA or Canada 5-7 business working days

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal
