Wholesale Terms & Condition
1. Orders are accepted by us subject to availability of the goods.
2. No responsibly will be accepted for any goods shortage unless notified to us in writing within three days from the date of delivery.
3. Candyfusion makes every effort to ensure all goods dispatched are in perfect condition .should there be a problem or fault with the goods please return them within seven days .We will exchange, repair or issue a credit for the faulty item at our discretion. Please note that we will not issue a credit on delivery charges.
4. Any goods returned must be notified within 48 hours of your receiving the product and all return must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be return to us fully packaged (original packaging), unused and in a re-sale condition at your cost. It is the customer™responsibility to ensure that any goods returned are received by us. Any goods returned without our prior consent or having be so returned, any complaints made which are rejected by us, shell be held entirely at the owners risk and expense.
5. Non arrival of goods must be notified to us in writing via email within seven days of receiving the invoice.
6. Responsibility will not be accepted by us for any loss whatsoever occasioned by late, partial or non delivery.
7. All ownership and right of possession of all goods supplied shall in and in all respect to Candyfusion until all cash or cleared funds received in full.
8. Candyfusion may at any time terminate or suspend any part of the Service without notice to you.
Delivery information and charges
10. Goods ordered on the day will be sent out for delivery the following day – if however goods are ordered before 10am we can normally send out the same day for delivery the next day.
Delivery in UK works on a 24 hr basis. Candyfusion can not be held responsible for late delivery and must be taken up with courier service.
UK mainland
Delivery in UK up to 30kgs will cost between £10 GPB (excluding VAT).
All wholesale orders over £200 excluding VAT will be dispatched free of charge
Scottish island, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland ,ROI & the channel island
15 GBP (excluding VAT) will be added.
Delivery would take up to 3 working days.
Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg & Netherlands
25 GBP (excluding VAT) will be added.
Delivery would take about 4 working days.
Rest of Europe
40 GBP (excluding VAT) will be added.
Delivery would take up to 5 working days
Rest of the world
50 GBP (excluding VAT) will be added.
Delivery would take up to 10 working days
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Norway, Croatia, Iceland, Switzerland, Turkey Russia & Tunisia
25 GBP (excluding VAT) will be added to the carriage charge
This is a custom charge by the courier company
We reserve the right to vary these rates if necessary, we will contact you before Dispatch if a higher delivery charge is required.
